Above fee for single family dwellings on the URAR Form 1004 are for homes up to 3,500 sq.ft. GLA and/or 1 acre. For properties over 3,500 sq.ft. and/or over 1 acre or for properties located outside our market area: CALL FOR QUOTE! New construction may be slightly higher. Above fees do not include AMC fees, portal fees, procurement fees, etc. Any “add-on” fees will be borne by the client. The Residential Summary Appraisal Report is a new report form that complies to USPAP regulations. It is designed specifically for non-lender use and is an excellent format to convey an appraisal assignment for a private party. It consist of a four page report, plus a three page Additional Addendum and three page Supplemental Addendum.
